Pinterest Predicts 2025: Fashion Trends I’m Excited to Try
When we talked about Pinterest’s 2025 trend predictions in class, a few things stuck with me, mainly that fashion is about to get real fun. Some of the trends felt totally out there, not sure I’m ready for fisherman-core just yet, but a few had me immediately imagining outfits. So here are the Pinterest-predicted trends I’m genuinely excited to try and why they actually feel like me.
Cherry Coded 🍒
Let’s start with the obvious: Cherry Coded just speaks to my soul. Red has always been one of those colors that instantly makes you feel bolder, hotter, and a little bit dramatic in the best way. I love how cherry-coded fashion isn’t just about the color, it’s about energy. It’s flirty, punchy, and a little playful. I’ve already been eyeing red mini dresses, kitten heels, and lip gloss to match. It’s giving coquette-core but with a bite, and I’m so here for it.
Rococo Revival 👑
Okay, hear me out. I never thought I’d be into frilly, historical fashion, but Rococo Revival just hits different. There’s something about the exaggerated femininity, lace details, corsetry, and pastel overload that feels like a modern fairytale. I’ve always loved soft, vintage-inspired fashion, so the idea of leaning into 1700s drama but, like, wearable is weirdly exciting. I don’t see myself walking around in full panniers and powdered wigs, but a corset top with puff sleeves? Yes. A little bow in the hair? Double yes. It's like period piece fashion, but I still get to wear my AirPods.
Dolled Up 🎀
I loved this idea as soon as I saw it, it gives “Bratz doll meets Barbie meets department store display,” but the more I thought about it, the more I kinda love it. Dolled Up is about hyper-feminine, ultra put-together looks, and honestly, sometimes I want to dress like I planned everything down to the bow on my socks. There’s something so powerful about fully leaning into glam, especially when the world feels so casual all the time. I’ve already started bringing back gloss, big hair, and matching sets into my routine, and this trend just gives me the green light to go full doll.
I feel like these three trends have something in common: they're extra in the best way. They let you have fun with fashion again, which is something I really needed a reminder of. I’m excited to see how these show up in everyday outfits this year, and honestly, I’m ready to embrace my inner cherry-coded, rococo, dolled-up alter ego.
Thank you so much for talking about these again because they were eye-catching in class and they absolutely REVIVE me. I tend to have a very simple and repetitive wardrobe on the daily, but sometimes I like to be a little (or a lot) extra and these are inspiring truly.
